All-State Festival Exhibitors

Exhibitor Information 

Become an Exhibitor for the 2024 Nevada Music Educators Association All-State Conference and Festival - January 29 through February 3, 2024. The All-State Conference and Festival will take place in two locations this year. The convention and exhibits portion will be held February 1-3, 2024 during the High School and Middle School Band, Orchestra, High School Jazz All-State Festival and Conference at the University of Nevada Reno, in Reno, Nevada.

Attendees come from across the state of Nevada for our All-State festival and conference. Conference participants are music educators from all levels including K-12 teachers, pre-service collegiate students, and higher education faculty in the fields of band, chorus, jazz, orchestra, guitar, and mariachi. High School and Middle School students who participate in our All-State ensembles also have designated times in their schedule to visit the exhibit hall. The attendance breakdown for our 2023 All-State Festival and conference is listed below to give an idea of what type of reach to expect.

Exhibitor Registration 

Exhibit registration for the 2024 NMEA All-state Conference/Clinic will open on October 1, 2023.  The deadline for Exhibit registration for the 2024 NMEA All-state Conference/Clinic is December 1, 2023 and space is limited. Payment must be received by December 31st. 

Registration fees for exhibit booths for the NMEA All-state Conference/Clinic will be:

  • $300 for the first booth (10 ft x 10 ft booth comes with two 6ft x 30in.. tables and two chairs)

  • $200 for each additional booth

  • $25 for each extra table (6ft x 30in.)

Exhibitors will receive 2 badges to the NMEA Conference for each booth purchased. For example, if you purchase two booths, you will receive 4 badges for your booth workers. Any additional badges needed beyond what is included with your booth(s) will be $45 per additional badge. NMEA will also need the names of all badge holders so that they can be printed prior to the conference.

Exhibit spaces will be assigned based on a sponsorship's levels as well as a first-come, first-served basis on order of registrations received.

PAYMENT METHODS 

The deadline for Exhibit registration for the 2024 NMEA All-state Conference/Clinic is December 1, 2023 and space is limited. Payment must be received by December 31st. 

Pay by Check, 

  1. Complete the Exhibitors Registration form. Click here to complete the Registration Form

  2. Go to the Exhibitor Webstore below to pay by check or card. 

  3. Mail all checks to 1125 Avenue of the Oaks #406, Sparks, NV. 89431. Please write checks out to the Nevada Music Educators Association.

CONFERENCE POLICIES

 

IMAGE CONSENT:  NMEA records video and takes photographs during the Conference to use in our publications and broadcasts, the NMEA website, etc. Submitting an application or registration requires consent to allow any images taken during the conference to be used by NMEA. 

RECORDINGS:  Video or audio recording of any session, rehearsal or performance is strictly prohibited unless it is NMEA authorized personnel.


CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be no refund of conference registration fees, unless the refund request is due to a personal or family emergency (defined as death or illness of an immediate family member, or other similar circumstance). If the NMEA Board of Directors deems the request a legitimate emergency, the refund will consist of half the registration fee paid by the individual.

NMEA conference dates were chosen to take advantage of the availability of hotels and conference facilities. Please put the dates of the NMEA Conference on your school calendars and notify all necessary school officials; working several years ahead will help avoid conflicts with other school activities.

  2. You can go back to the webstore, browse, and add more fees/items to your cart, or you can check out.

  3. Follow the prompts during Checkout and be sure to put in all the correct information for Customer Details and Delivery. 

  4. You will receive an email confirming your order was received that will include a link to your invoice. Simply click on the View Invoice link in the email.
