2026 Nevada All-State Audition and Nomination  Information

Nevada All-State Festival and Conference January 29-31, 2026​

2026 All-State Audition or Nomination Student Information 

All 2026 All-State audition or nomination materials and information will be available September 2. Information on the audition or nomination process for various All-State Ensembles will be available on the audition page which you can find in the Quick links menu aboveAll-State Audition and/or Participation fees will be paid by each school and their ensemble director/s. All students will need to see their school director of more information on audition fees and audition registration.  Students and parents please contact your school music or ensemble director with any questions you might have about your students audition or registration.​​

2026 All-State Audition or Nomination Director Information 
  • All-State Ensemble Audition or Nomination Registration forms can be found on the Audition page 

  • All-State Audition and/or Participation fees will be paid by each school and their directors. All Students will need to see their director of more information.  

  • To pay for audition fees first go to the webstore and complete your purchase. You can pay by card or check (manual payment)

    Mail all checks to our State Executive David Morris at 1100 Wellness Place. #1115 Henderson, NV. 89011. Please write checks out to Nevada Music Educators Association.​

  • In order for students to audition and participate in All-State Festivals their teacher must be a current member of NMEA.  Please see how to register as a member of NMEA, along with seeing all of the benefits of being a member, at https://nafme.org/join-renew/

  • Directors and students please be aware that according to NMEA Policy students may not be in more than one All-State Ensemble. Students can audition for more then one All-State ensemble but will have to select one if they make more then one ensemble. Teachers please be sure to communicate this to your students and if this does apply please contact the Ensemble Chairs.

​​2026 NMEA All-State Locations and Parking:
  • UNLV School of Music Beam Hall - Paid Parking at the Cottage Grove Ramp,

  • Directors - UNLV Parking passes can be purchased for $10 from David Morris at UNLV on Thursday morning. These passes will be valid for both days of All-State. Please have exact change!!​

  • College of Southern Nevada North Las Vegas Campus - 3200 E Cheyenne Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89030​ - Parking is free at Lot next to the Fine Arts/Horn Theatre

  • Las Vegas Academy Performing Arts Center-  955 E Clark Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101 - Parking is limited in lots and on the street and some may have paid parking meters. Warning there is Construction and road closers in and around the PAC at LVA

​2026 All-State Festival Director Information

Directors at each school site will be responsible for the director checklist below. All directors will need to pay for their own participation fee as well as their students who are accepted into and are participating in the All-State Ensembles. Directors will need to ensure that each of their students have completed the Student Participation Form (which includes Media Release, and Code of Conduct to participate in All-State.) Directors will also need to complete the Chaperone Form indicating who will be supervising their participating students in the All-State Ensembles. Directors also need to complete the Director Form indicating they are attending the All-State Conference. See the director reminders below. All directors are responsible for all items listed in the Directors Reminders Document below. Be sure all your students complete the Student Participation form. Be sure you have completed the director form, chaperone form, lunch form, as well as all fees.  If you have any questions or concerns contact your Ensemble Chair.

Paying for the All-State Festival Fees

Payment Options - These are the 2 payment options found in the web store. 

  • Pay with a Credit Card- follow the prompts and put in your card information, as well as billing address information if needed. Be sure all is accurate. 

  • Manual Payment (school check) follow the prompts in the webstore and select the manual payment method to pay by check and generate an invoice. 

  • If you have questions or would like to verify payment contact David Morris, the State Executive, at stateexec@nmeamusic.org

Teacher Certificates for 2024 All-State 

Certificates of Participation/Attendance for the 2024 NMEA All-State Festival of available from the State Executive for any educator that needs one for professional development programs. Please email David Morris, State Executive at stateexec@nmeamusic.org to request a certificate.
