​2026 All-State Festival Director Information
Directors at each school site will be responsible for the director checklist below. All directors will need to pay for their own participation fee as well as their students who are accepted into and are participating in the All-State Ensembles. Directors will need to ensure that each of their students have completed the Student Participation Form (which includes Media Release, and Code of Conduct to participate in All-State.) Directors will also need to complete the Chaperone Form indicating who will be supervising their participating students in the All-State Ensembles. Directors also need to complete the Director Form indicating they are attending the All-State Conference. All directors are responsible for completing all forms and fees listed below. Be sure all your students complete the Student Participation form. Be sure you have completed the chaperone form, lunch form, as well as all fees. If you have any questions or concerns contact your Ensemble Chair.

All fees are to be paid by each school and their ensemble director/s. All students will need to see their school director for more information fees and registration.

Pay with a Credit Card- follow the prompts and put in your card information, as well as billing address information if needed. Be sure all is accurate.

All-State Check In
Director and Chaperone Check-In
UNLV: Directors and Chaperones can pick-up their badges at the NMEA desk in the lobby of Artemus Ham Concert Hall. The lobby will open at 8:00am.
CSN: Directors and Chaperones can pick-up their badges at the NMEA desk in the lobby of the Horn Theater. The lobby will open at 8:00am.
Student Check-In
Students will check in at their specific ensemble rehearsal location. Refer to the All-State Ensemble Schedule on the NMEA web site or the schedule provided by your director.

Parking Information
CSN: There is no parking permits/fees required to park at CSN
UNLV: Parking permits/fees are required to park at UNLV. Refer to the information below.
Download the “PayByPhone Parking: app from Google Pay or the iTunes app store. The PayByPhone app will also send reminders before parking sessions expire and give the option of extending parking time in select areas.
Parking for NMEA will be in the Cottage Grove garage. You will find a location code for the garage by the elevators. Daily parking rate is $7.00.
NMEA will not be selling parking passes. Use the “PayBy Phone” app.

2026 All-State Audition or Nomination Student Information
All 2026 All-State audition or nomination materials and information will be available September 2. Information on the audition or nomination process for various All-State Ensembles will be available on the audition page which you can find in the Quick links menu above. All-State Audition and/or Participation fees will be paid by each school and their ensemble director/s. All students will need to see their school director of more information on audition fees and audition registration. Students and parents please contact your school music or ensemble director with any questions you might have about your students audition or registration.​​

Directors and Students: Please be aware that according to NMEA Policy students may NOT be in more than one All-State Ensemble. Students can audition for more than one All-State ensemble but will have to select one if they make more than one ensemble. Teachers: please be sure to communicate this to your students, and if this does apply please contact the Ensemble Chairs.
