Instructions for Making Payments to NMEA

 

NMEA accepts payments online through its payment platform Zeffy. Zeffy is designed to support non-profit organizations and does not charge the organization fees for processing payments.

 

1. On the payments page on the NMEA website locate the link or button for the item you wish to make payment. Please be sure you are choosing the correct item as items may have similar sounding names.

 

2. Zeffy only accepts debt/credit cards for payment. If you choose to make a payment by check (school checks only) contact David E. Morris, NMEA State Executive (stateexec@nmeamusic.org) with which item you wish to pay for

  (including numbers of the specific items) and you will be sent an invoice from our accounting system. Return a copy of the invoice and check to:

3. Note: you will have to pay for each item as a separate transaction. You will not be able to group items together for one payment.

 

4. Please be sure to make all payments by the published deadlines to avoid a late

payment fee added to your item(s).

 

5. Please be sure to complete all items of information on the payment ticket: School, Director Name, Email to be sure your school is credited for the payment.

 

6. All payments should be made by school directors expect concert ticket orders.

Note: there is no processing fees added to concert tickets.

 

7. Print your ticket from Zeffirelli as your receipt.
